Sacred Oil Paintings

My goal is to help make the churches here in America as beautiful as the churches are in Europe. Please contact me if you wish to commission a painting for your home or church, or if you have any questions. I can also visit your parish and speak about the importance of such work.

Once commissioned, I will meet with you to go over the details and look at old master paintings while discussing with you what you envision as the subject matter. I will then proceed to make a preliminary pencil sketch and color study to show you for your approval. At this stage, changes to composition may be made. Once an agreed upon composition is established, I will start work on the actual painting.

Painting consists of hiring models to paint from and traveling to areas for on-site landscape painting if required. As in all my paintings, I try to give the most accurate time frame for completion. Once we have established our goal, I can better give you an estimate. These paintings can take anywhere from a month to a year depending on size and complexity.
