Landscape Oil Paintings

I prefer to paint my landscapes on the scene to assure the highest level of detail, color and realism. If I am unable to travel to a location for any given reason, I will still produce the highest quality piece that best suites your needs. Below is an assortment of my paintings ranging from oil painting sketches to more finished work.

If you wish for me to paint a landscape painting, we will meet in my studio or a place of your convenience where we can go over old master paintings and discuss what type of painting you would like. I always prefer to travel to the spot I am painting if it is possible.

How Long Does It Take To Complete A Landscape Painting

Depending on the complexity of the piece, a painting might take between 5-10 sessions which could take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete. It really depends on the piece and with everything in painting, I can better establish a time frame once I know what I am painting. I will keep you updated on the process so you are up to date with where I am at in the painting.
